“I have been practicing yoga for about two years and I had to stop because of my wrist pain. Playing the bass puts a lot of pressure on my wrists, but I still wanted to practice yoga because of its benefits. Jennifer not only helped me improve my wrist strength, but she also designed a personalized yoga practice that was wrist friendly. Thanks Jennifer for your lessons and for giving me the confidence to practice yoga again!”
